Wellness after Cancer (Judy Fitzgerald)

ACE Meeting. May 19, 2026. 6:00pm ET. After cancer treatment, focusing on your overall wellness can help you feel stronger, regain control, and improve your quality of life. Many people experience side effects like fatigue, pain, stress, or trouble sleeping. Still, healthy habits such as eating well, staying active, taking supplements, and getting enough rest can make a big difference. Complementary therapies—like meditation, gentle exercise (such as yoga or walking), acupuncture, and massage—may also help reduce symptoms like nausea, anxiety, and discomfort when used alongside your medical care. Recovery is not just about healing your body, but also supporting your emotional and mental well-being. We will discuss these topics….I call “The Many Paths to Wellness”.
