Donna Short is a healthcare accelerator, helping physicians, pharma, patients and KOL’s navigate and connect around the business and clinical sides of oncology care. Known as a “KOL rainmaker” and adept at turning an idea into a vision, Donna has served in various capacities across the communications and business spaces, developing networks of experts and facilitating various channels of communication. Her work has activated KOL’s across various cancer spaces to provide bridges between business and clinical efforts, helping to remove barriers to patient care and enabling clear clinical communications. In addition to her acceleration roles, Donna provides unique insight into the collision of business and patient care objectives. Through her advocacy for both goals, she is adept at early recognition of potential roadblocks relating to both and innovating to remove them. By leveraging educational and relational expertise, Donna empowers others to join her as she provides support to enhance activities to improve a patient’s cancer journey. Along with her degrees in biology and chemistry, Donna has a masters in Strategic Communication and Leadership.
